Ashley Park was Pro Mech’s first project as a principal contractor, marking an important milestone for the company. This three-storey office block project involved the full installation of FCU and MVHR systems, condensers, air conditioning, and ductwork.

We were proud to be awarded the contracts for both residential towers at South Quay. With each block rising over 60 floors, the project involved extensive mechanical installations across a large number of apartments.
