Residential Facilities

We are lucky enough to be working with one of the UK's leading building company's. Supplying all ventilation for bin stores this consisted of different concepts such as installation of square ductwork, installation of grilles and fans.
​
This job was a great job to be part of, with more apartment blocks still continuing to be built on site, we still hope that we are able to proceed and gain more work that we will be able to complete.

This will be one of the tallest residential buildings in Europe with 68 Floors, towering over the Isle of Dogs, with views over looking the City of London.
​
On site our works consisted of all the ducting and ventilation for all floors and apartments. This was for installation of all fan coil units, ductwork, installation of all plenums and tapers and also plastic ductwork.

With works nearly completed on site, the client has been more than pleased with the work. We are very proud to be part of this job to be from start to finish. Luckily for us there is other blocks ready to be constructed, just the first of many.

This is our most recent project we have been lucky enough to be involved in with a large energy supplier in the UK. Having started in late September, our workers on site have made very good progress and once again the client is happy with our work.
​
Again this will consist of installation of many different size fan coil units, a large number of different sized attenuators and along with a very large amount of duct work. On site all ductwork will be show, so it is our job to make sure everything looks great.
